Responsibilities
- Strategically generate and qualify high-value leads across the UK, US, and AU markets using targeted outreach on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective clients for sales and consultation teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Develop and implement data-driven outreach strategies tailored to regional market nuances and client personas.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of all outreach activities, appointment outcomes, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and follow-up workflows for improved conversion performance.
- Train, guide, and mentor junior DM setters in best practices for outreach, engagement, and appointment scheduling.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including appointment conversion rates, response rates, time-to-appointment, and regional performance trends.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, social media trends, and industry developments to continuously optimize outreach effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and qualify prospects using firmographic, behavioral, and engagement-based criteria to ensure high-quality appointments.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or digital marketing within a business management or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified appointments with measurable impact on sales pipeline growth.
- Expertise in using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for professional outreach, lead generation, and relationship building across UK, US, and AU markets.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to design and refine outreach campaigns based on performance data and market insights.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop junior team members in appointment setting and digital engagement techniques.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and digital calendar tools for scheduling and reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, consultative tone across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote, results-oriented environment.
