The platform seamlessly integrates diverse financial and non-financial data into a user-friendly interface, catering to strategic, sustainability, ESG, and impact objectives of clientele by offering readily available, context-rich analytics. This adaptable service aids in compliance, reporting management, and effective communication within the evolving operational landscapes of diverse clients.

In this pivotal role as the inaugural Salesperson, they are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise software sales. You will be expected to drive and execute sales tactics, meeting your revenue targets, but also expanding the client’s customer base. You will be tasked with conducting market research, lead generation, and qualifying and identifying potential customers and their needs. This will include outbound tele- and email marketing and securing introductory meetings and platform demonstrations.

Working in collaboration with the marketing team, you will aid in developing sales collateral and promotional materials and providing them with feedback from different prospects. You will further leverage CRM data to manage sales activity, including forecasts, and drive your pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals. You will have several KPIs, including Sales Qualified leads, amounts of introductory and demo calls, deals won, the growth rate of your monthly recurring revenue, and sales cycle length.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in driving enterprise-level sales, navigating the intricacies inherent in this process, and managing the sales funnel for Software/Platform as a Service (S/PaaS) solutions. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BCom, Business Management, Economics)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

5 years of experience in enterprise software sales
Experience in engagement with corporate stakeholders
Experience in meeting sales and revenue targets

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the sales of the client’s software offering. Identify and qualify new leads and engage with customers. Manage the sales pipeline and close deals. Conduct market research and execute outbound marketing. Build relationships with clients and customers and drive customer loyalty.
