The General Manager will be responsible for leading the Sasolburg Operations in achieving its strategic goals and objectives through implementation of effective operational strategies, ensuring profitability, good governance and personal development. The General Manager will also be responsible to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and interfacing with areas across the business to ensure Regional Operations are optimal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automation Solutions and a proven track record of success, managing a team and driving growth.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Instrumentation Trade Test
- Tertiary Qualification relevant to Position
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of eight years relevant sales experience
- Five years industry experience
- Process Plant Knowledge
- Proven track record in driving business growth
- Proven Sales record in the industry
