As a Commercial Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our client's organization in various key areas.

1-3 years PQE in Corporate Commercial, M & A, Competition Law, Banking & Finance. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Our client is a large mining concern with mining activities in various sectors and provinces as well as internationally. Compliance with the Companies Act.

3-8 years PQE with strong corporate or commercial experience at a reputable law firm (a secondment or in-house experience will be advantageous).

Minimum 3 years post admission, or relevant work experience. Background in the United Kingdom banking sector or finance sector would be an added advantage.
