management business is the steady, recurring-income engine of the group and we’re investing in it to grow.
The role
We’re looking for an experienced, self-driven Property & Asset Management Specialist to take ownership of the end-to-end running of our residential lettings and management operation.
You’ll handle the full property cycle — from advertising and letting a property through to ongoing management, maintenance coordination and tenant relations — alongside the day-to-day administration and bookkeeping that keeps everything running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can work independently, learn our systems quickly and bring order and reliability to a growing portfolio. You’ll be a key part of the team that protects and grows the recurring income of the business.
What you’ll do
- Advertise available properties and rooms, manage enquiries and arrange viewings
- Reference and onboard new tenants, prepare tenancy agreements and manage
move-ins and move-outs
- Manage the full tenancy lifecycle: renewals, rent reviews, notices and move-outs
- Monitor and chase rent, keeping arrears at zero and following clear arrears protocols
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, logging issues and tracking them to resolution
against SLA targets
- Keep compliance records up to date (gas, electrical, EPC and other certificates)
- Maintain accurate property, tenant and landlord records and produce regular reports
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for the management operation (income, expenses,
invoices, reconciliations)
- Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors and suppliers
- Help build and document repeatable processes so the operation runs consistently as it
grows
- Support with systemisation and of the department
- Support with the implementation of Ai tools
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in real estate / residential property management
- Bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Experience using ai tools (preferred)
- Strong organiser who can run an end-to-end process independently and reliably
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicating with UK tenants,
landlords and contractors
- Quick to learn new software and systems (training provided)
- Comfortable with property management, accounting and CRM tools
- Trustworthy and discreet with confidential and financial information
- Good quality, reliable home internet connection
- A dedicated, quiet space to work from
- Able to work UK business hours (see below)
Hours & working pattern
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, working UK business hours.
- 8am - 6pm (one hour break)
