About Us
The Social Creed is a specialist influencer marketing and content production agency operating exclusively within the forex prop firm industry. We work with some of the largest and fastest-growing prop firms in the space, helping them scale through influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, content creation, and brand-building campaigns.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations & Client Success Manager to become a key part of the business and help oversee the day-to-day execution of client campaigns.
The Role
This is a highly varied role that sits at the centre of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns run smoothly, clients receive an excellent experience, influencers complete their deliverables, and internal operations remain organised and efficient.
Initially, the role will involve executing existing processes and responsibilities. Over time, we are looking for someone who can take ownership, identify opportunities for improvement, and actively contribute to raising the overall standard of the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day communications
- Attend and lead client meetings and strategy calls
- Provide campaign updates and performance reporting
- Ensure clients receive a high level of service and support
Influencer Campaign Management
- Manage active influencer partnerships across multiple campaigns
- Track content deliverables and campaign deadlines
- Follow up with influencers to ensure commitments are fulfilled
- Coordinate account allocations, affiliate links, and campaign requirements
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking systems
Sales & Business Development
- Attend discovery and sales calls with prospective clients
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Support the growth of the agency through strong communication and relationship building
Content & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with editors and content production teams
- Manage content review and approval processes
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule
- Organise filming schedules and production timelines
- Maintain content calendars and delivery trackers
Operations & Process Improvement
- Maintain internal systems, trackers, and workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Assist in creating and refining SOPs and processes
- Help improve the overall organisation and performance of the business
- Act as the link between clients, influencers, editors, and management

Highly Desirable
- Previous experience within the forex, trading, broker, crypto, or prop firm industries
- Experience managing influencers, affiliates, or online creators
- Experience in customer support, account management, client success, or operations roles
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content production workflows
- Experience working within a marketing agency environment
