Job Title: Adjunct Faculty - Statistical Data Modelling

Mode of Delivery: Online/ Remote

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach the Statistical Data Modelling module. The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, along with strong teaching experience in higher education. The role involves delivering lectures on linear and logistic regression, generalized linear models, and predictive analytics, while guiding students in applying statistical techniques to real-world datasets. The candidate should be proficient in statistical tools such as Python, R, or SPSS and demonstrate the ability to simplify complex modelling concepts for learners.

Qualification Requirements

Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline (mandatory)
PhD holders will be given preference

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at undergraduate or postgraduate level (mandatory)
Experience teaching statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and machine learning concepts
Proficiency in statistical software and programming tools such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach topics including linear regression, logistic regression, predictive modelling, generalized linear models, additive models, and model evaluation techniques using R.
Guide students in interpreting data, building predictive models, and analyzing model performance.

Desired Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex statistical concepts using practical examples.
Experience with industry-oriented datasets and real-world analytics applications.
Commitment to student engagement and academic excellence.

Work Location: Remote
