Account Executive, Property Partnerships & Reservation Sales Remote, South Africa | Full-time | $2,500 USD/month base + uncapped commission (Roughly R40,000/mo) Core hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time (3:00 p.m. to midnight South African time)
Corzly manages short-term rentals for owners who want the revenue without the work. We support properties in more than 50 cities and have hosted more than 100,000 guests. We're building out our luxury division. These are homes that rent for $1,000 to $10,000+ a night, and we're hiring the person who will sell it. From your first week you'll be selling those properties. On calls with the owner, talking to the people booking, converting high-value reservations. Very few people enter this industry at the top of the market. Most spend years working their way up to it.
We have an existing and growing list of property managers and owners from our podcast and partner network, plus inbound from our marketing. That's a starting point, not a pipeline. Luxury owners don't fill out contact forms, so reaching them takes cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, brokers, virtual events, referral partners, and lots of follow-up on the ones worth waiting for. Nobody is going to hand you a list of ready buyers.
The role, in two parts:
- Own reservation sales for an existing luxury portfolio of four to five properties. You'll join owner calls, handle sales communication, and convert high-value reservation inquiries. This is a few hours a week, it's covered by your base salary, and it teaches you the business fast.
- Build and close your own pipeline of new property-management partners, with luxury as the focus. Prospecting, cold calls, broker and investor relationships, discovery calls, proposals, negotiation, close.
Compensation
- $2,500 USD/month base, paid in USD, depending on experience + Uncapped Commission potential with second and third year residual commission payments.
- Commission is 10% of the management revenue each property generates for Corzly in its first 12 months, which works out to 1% of that property's projected annual booking revenue
- Example: A $200,000 property pays you $2,000. (the luxury properties we manage today are doing hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in bookings)
We pay when the property is live and when the partner stays. That's on purpose. It means you're rewarded for bringing in partners who are a real fit. Luxury is the focus, but you earn on every property you bring in, whatever the size. Commission is uncapped.
You may be a strong fit if you are:
- Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable working without constant supervision.
- Willing to cold call consistently, not just when warm leads run dry.
- Persistent with follow-up over months, not days
- Fluent in English, clear and easily understood on the phone with American owners and guests
- Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth property owners
Experienced in luxury hospitality, real estate, short-term rentals, high-ticket sales, private travel, or another relationship-driven industry Someone who solves problems rather than reporting them, and who gets real leverage out of AI tools Direct short-term rental experience helps but isn't required if you bring strong sales ability and a serious commitment to learning the industry.

The first step takes about five minutes: who you are, a few role-specific questions, and your resume. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to do a one-way video interview before proceeded to a live google meet interview. Finalists do a live sales role-play using a pitch they've actually used, a written follow-up exercise, and a reference check.
