@Uptime provides white-label IT Support and NOC services to MSPs enabling them to extend the services they can offer their customers. This role involves working with a leading Irish based MSP who will provide further training in order to assist the successful candidate in increasing their technical knowledge.
This role will be remote initially and possibly hybrid at a later date.

IT Infrastructure Support:

Security & Compliance: o Implement and manage security measures across servers, VMs, and networks to protect against unauthorized access and threats.
Technical Skills:

Expert knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) & virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and Wi-Fi systems.

Strong understanding of backup technologies (e.g., Veeam, Acronis) and disaster recovery planning.

Familiarity with network protocols, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
