Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations of our business, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management across the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a youthful and energetic team, and is eager to contribute to a company that is revolutionising the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations department, including data entry, file management, and scheduling tasks.

Guest Communication Assistance: Assist the guest communications team with administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and professional interaction with our guests.

Task Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Operations Coordinator to prioritise and manage tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion.

Reporting and Analysis: Compile, analyse, and present reports to track key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.

Tool Management: Utilise Google Drive, spreadsheets, and task management software to organise and manage tasks effectively.

Technology Familiarity: While familiarity with Airbnb management software is a plus, we provide training and resources for the right candidate.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role/property management role.

Experience working in a Property Management Company highly favourable, but not requried.

Proven experience in administrative support, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Proficient in using computer software and tools, including Google Drive, spreadsheets, and task management software.

Ability to work flexible hours aligned with the UK time zone, including weekends when necessary.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and guests.

Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, youthful environment, and a strong desire to contribute to a company that values innovation and growth.
