Full Job Description

About the Role We are seeking several proactive Warehouse Associate to join our internal, in-house operations team. This role is ideal for a self-directed individual who takes immense pride in maintaining a world-class environment. Whether your background is as a Warehouse support, or in general site support, you will act as the essential backbone of our community.

Daily Responsibilities:

Event Set-Up & Strike: Physical assembly and dismantling of event furniture, branding banners, and AV stands for our weekly professional workshops.
Warehouse Organization: Sorting, labeling, and shelving incoming promotional stock to maintain 100% inventory accuracy as a Warehouse Associate.
Routine Cleaning: Executing a daily sanitation checklist for all common areas and meeting rooms to ensure an elite professional standard as a team member.
Manual Logistical Support: Assisting with the manual loading and unloading of a minimum of 3 delivery vehicles per week containing marketing materials.
Mobile Task Management: Using a mobile application to receive, update, and close-off daily facility maintenance tickets.

Requirements:

Proven Discipline: A demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines and managing physical tasks independently as a team member.
Technical Aptitude: Previous experience in Warehouse environments or facility maintenance is highly advantageous.
Professional Attitude: Polite and helpful conduct that aligns with Career Start's culture of connection and creativity.
