About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Solderer to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has good attention to detail, and is interested in building a career in electronics and manufacturing.
Previous soldering experience is essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Assemble LED lighting products according to work instructions.
- Inspect components for quality before and after soldering.
- Identify and report faulty components or workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
- Follow all quality standards, safety procedures and production targets.
- Assist with general assembly and manufacturing duties when required.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take instruction.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Advantageous
- Basic electronics knowledge.
- Previous soldering or assembly experience.
- Experience using small hand tools.
- Manufacturing or factory experience.
