Career Start is seeking four energetic, results-driven Call Centre Agents to join our fast-paced internal team. Daily Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Execute 80–100 daily targeted calls to prospective candidates and leads, consistently driving engagement and pipeline growth.
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct initial pre-screenings, and guide high-potential talent smoothly through our recruitment funnel.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain 100% accurate, real-time digital records of all interactions, call outcomes, and next-step actions on our central tracking system.
- Performance Metric Delivery: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on call duration, contact rates, and conversion targets.
- Brand Representation: Handle all inquiries with a polished, authoritative, and helpful demeanor to ensure our brand consistently represents "world-class" quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: A solid track record of success in an outbound call centre, telemarketing, or telesales environment, with a demonstrated ability to close or convert.
- Market Awareness: Deep comfort navigating fast-moving target audiences, aligning with the high volume of Call Centre and Customer Service vacancies currently in the Cape Town market.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, high-energy, and empathetic tone suitable for representing a leading professional growth platform.
- Resilience & Drive: A thick skin and high intrinsic motivation to maintain an optimistic, high-performing output throughout intensive calling campaigns.
- Self-Direction: Proven discipline to manage daily call lists independently and hit volume targets without requiring constant supervision.
