We are looking for a Content Manager to take ownership of how content is created, managed, and optimised across Syntech’s brands.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Copywriting
- SEO & website performance
- Product listings & marketplaces
- Packaging development
- Content production and management (images, video, PR)
- AI-driven content systems
You will be responsible for building and managing a scalable content engine that supports both B2B and B2C growth.
This is not a pure writing role, it is a high-impact operational and leadership role
Experience & Requirements
- 3–6+ years in content, SEO, or digital marketing
- Strong copywriting ability
- Experience with SEO tools and principles
- Experience managing workflows or projects
- Exposure to e-commerce or product-based environments (preferred)
- Leadership or team coordination experience (advantageous)

- Own workflow for new product listings
- Define templates, attributes, and content standards
- Work with listings specialist to ensure:

Packaging Content Development
- Lead content process for product packaging
- Collaborate with:
- Designers
- Product managers
- Vendors
Content Production (Visual & Video)
- Brief and manage:
- Product imagery
- Infographics

PR and General Media
- Write and oversee PR and articles
- Work with Media Publications to ensure content is effectively deployed with good exposure
- Manage PR and content calendar, ensuring all stakeholder expectations are aligned
Social Agency Management
- Work with social media agencies
- Provide direction and ensure content alignment
- Maintain consistency across paid and organic channels
AI & Content Systems
- Design scalable content workflows
- Implement AI-assisted content generation and QA
- Build systems that improve speed, quality, and output
Team Leadership & Hiring
- Manage and grow the content team:
- Listings specialist
- Junior copywriter (planned)
