About us
Cape Town Concierge is a luxury chauffeur, private tour and concierge company serving international and Gulf clients visiting Cape Town. We're small, fast-moving, and growing. You'd be working directly with the founder.
The role
We're looking for a well-organised Personal Assistant to support day-to-day admin and operations. This is a genuine entry-level position, we're not expecting experience. We're looking for someone sharp, reliable and organised who wants to learn the business from the inside and grow with us.
What you'll do
- Manage the diary, bookings and driver scheduling
- Handle client messages on WhatsApp and email, and keep threads moving
- Keep bookings, quotes and client records accurate and up to date in our spreadsheets
- Prepare simple documents, itineraries and quotes from templates
- Assist with social media scheduling and basic Canva work
- General admin and ad-hoc support to the founder
What we're looking for
- Matric (completed)
- Currently studying towards a business/commerce qualification, or planning to — an advantage, not a requirement
- 0–1 years' experience. Recent school leavers welcome
- Genuinely organised, you follow up without being reminded
- Confident, professional written English. You'll be speaking to clients
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail), WhatsApp Business and Canva , or a fast learner who can be up to speed in a week
- Reliable internet and a working laptop/phone for hybrid days
- Cape Town based
