A Cape Town–based company is seeking a technically skilled Structural BIM Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to support the delivery of structural design documentation for projects across the UAE.
Working closely with a UAE-based engineering team, you will be responsible for developing accurate 3D structural BIM models using Revit, coordinating with architectural and MEP disciplines, and assisting with the production of 2D drawings and documentation from concept stage through to IFC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain 3D structural BIM models in Revit
- Coordinate models with architectural and MEP teams
- Produce 2D drawings and construction documentation
- Support project delivery from concept to IFC stage
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with BIM standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Structural BIM Technician
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Solid understanding of structural systems and construction methods
- Experience working in multidisciplinary BIM environments
- Excellent attention to detail
Advantageous:
- Previous experience on Middle East / UAE projects
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and workflows
Pay: R45 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cape Town, Western Cape
