Job Description: Are you a natural communicator with a background in high-end service or hospitality? We are looking for a vibrant, articulate Remote Appointment Setter to join our team, focusing on the US insurance market. This is a high-performance role for someone who is persuasive, resilient, and ready to earn in USD.
What We Are Looking For:
- The Voice: You must have a clear, polished American or neutral accent.
- The Hustle: Previous sales experience is a plus, but we value people from the hospitality and service industry (waitstaff, bartenders, front-of-house) who know how to handle people and think on their feet.
- The Schedule: Must be comfortable working hours aligned with the US market (typically late afternoon/evening in Cape Town).
- The Tech: You have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and a clear headset.
Compensation & Earning Potential:
- This is a performance-based commission role.
- You earn $30 USD for every booked appointment that closes.
- Earnings Outlook: Based on current team performance, a representative booking roughly 3 appointments a day that result in a sale can expect to earn in the range of $1,980 USD per month.
- At current exchange rates, this offers exceptional earning potential for a remote role based in Cape Town.
