Key Responsibilities

Market and advertise residential and commercial properties.
Source new property listings.
Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the transaction process.
Conduct property viewings and inspections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Prepare and manage property-related documentation and administration.
Liaise with attorneys, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records using electronic systems.
Deliver professional and efficient customer service.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must either:

Have at least 2 years' experience in property administration, property sales, or a related property services environment;

Be eligible and committed to registering as a Candidate Property Practitioner.

The successful applicant must also have:

Valid PPRA registration and Fidelity Fund Certificate (where applicable).
Own reliable motor vehicle.
Valid driver's licence.
Own laptop.
Smartphone.
Reliable internet connectivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
Professional appearance and conduct.
