Full Job Description

Splssh is a Pretoria-based custom merchandise company that helps brands bring their ideas to life through premium apparel, gifting, packaging and branded products. We've worked with more than 1,000 brands and pride ourselves on combining creativity, quality and exceptional client service.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who is creative, detail-oriented and excited about building beautiful brand experiences.

About the Role

This is not a traditional agency design role.

One day you might be designing a social media campaign. The next, you could be creating a branded gift box, apparel mockups, presentation decks or product concepts for a major client.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

Create client proposals, presentations and product mockups
Design branding, packaging and merchandise concepts
Prepare print-ready artwork and production files
Design content for social media and marketing campaigns
Ensure consistency across all visual communication
Collaborate with account managers, suppliers and production teams
Assist in developing creative concepts and new product ideas
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements

Relevant Graphic Design qualification
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Valid driver's licence is advantageous
