The Web Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimising and supporting enterprise web platforms, with a specific focus on enhancing the performance, accessibility and success of the MFC website. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Enterprise Web Support & Management

Maintain and update enterprise websites, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and technical stability.
Implement SEO best practices and monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Manage CMS platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager) and ensure timely publishing of content.
Troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues, liaising with IT and development teams as needed.

MFC Website Focus

Monitor and report on MFC website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
Collaborate with MFC stakeholders to align web content and functionality with business objectives.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, security protocols, and UX best practices.
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve customer experience and digital conversion.

Project & Deliverables Management

Define and manage web-related deliverables for campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives.
Create and maintain documentation for web processes, standards, and governance.
Support testing and QA for new features, updates, and integrations.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of web projects.

Minimum Experience Level

Required Skills & Experience:

3–5 years of experience in web management or digital marketing in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
Experience with web analytics, SEO, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and responsive design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
