Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie

Are you passionate about fine dining, precision pastry work, and creating exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a talented and dedicated Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at a world-class luxury hospitality establishment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a pastry professional who takes pride in producing beautifully presented desserts, maintaining the highest culinary standards, and working within a refined and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to exact standards
Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared and ready for service
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control
Ensure consistency in portioning, presentation, and quality
Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient pastry section

Requirements:

Grade 12 and a recognised Chef Qualification or Diploma
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role within a professional kitchen
Strong understanding of pastry techniques and dessert preparation
Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach to work
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Salary: Market Related
