Oude Werf Hotel is seeking a Commis Chef, who shares our company values, to join our Kitchen team.
Requirements:
Matric
1 years' experience in a similar position with a background in basic food and kitchen operations
Culinary-related Tertiary Qualification (advantageous)
Must have ability to work in all sections of the kitchen
Must be able to work shifts and weekends
Proactive and able to multitask
Must be able to work under pressure
Must have a can-do attitude and follow through on actions in a timely way with minimum supervision
Demonstrate tenacity and the ability to perform in fast moving environment
