Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative Content Creator / Videographer to produce engaging visual content that tells our brand story and captivates audiences. You will drive the entire production process from ideation, scripting, and shooting to editing and final delivery across web, social media, and digital platforms. This role requires an agile visual storyteller who can rapidly translate marketing trends into high-performing video assets.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Video Production: Script, storyboard, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for digital channels.
Optimise for Social Platforms: Create native content tailored for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid digital ads.
Drive Audio & Visual Quality: Manage camera setups, lighting rigs, audio recording, and sound design.
Animate Motion Graphics: Design and integrate engaging transitions, text overlays, and motion assets.
Monitor Cultural Trends: Research viral audio, formats, and design aesthetics to keep content relevant and engaging.
Collaborate Globally: Sync closely with marketing teams and account managers to align content with brand objectives

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a videographer, video editor, or digital content creator.
Software Mastery: Hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut or mobile editing suites.
Technical Equipment Skills: Proficient with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, wireless mics, and smartphone shooting rigs.
Creative Attributes: Strong visual storytelling ability, exceptional eye for framing, and rapid video editing pacing.
Work Ethic: Highly organized, able to self-manage production schedules, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Education Requirements

Schooling: Matriculation / Grade 12 Certificate.
Qualification: Diploma or BA Degree specialising in Film, Television, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or an exceptional portfolio equivalent) would be advantageous
