Jonny Browns Professional Property Photography provides photography, video, and related content to real estate agents and brokerages. We're hiring a Remote Executive Assistant to be our right hand, running the day-to-day operations of the business, helping bring in new clients, managing our social media presence, and supporting the owner's schedule and personal admin. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who wants real ownership, not just task-following.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Booking & Scheduling
- Overseeing all incoming booking requests and confirming them in our scheduling system
- Maintaining a calendar for all meetings new and existing clients
- Handling reschedules and cancellations per company policy
Client Communication
- Sending welcome and confirmation emails, setting clear expectations with every new client
- Acting as the day-of-shoot point of contact for clients and crew
- Handling complaints and revision requests professionally and within SLA
Crew & Editor Coordination
- Assigning jobs to photographers/videographers with complete property briefs
- Managing file handoff between crew, editors, and clients via Dropbox
- Making sure editors are updating any requests from clients
Invoicing & Reporting
- Generating and sending invoices promptly after delivery, following up on payments
- Compiling weekly and monthly operations reports with key metrics
New Business & Client Growth
- Identifying and reaching out to prospective clients (agents, brokerages, developers) to generate new business
- Following up on leads and converting enquiries into bookings
- Arranging and coordinating meetings between the owner and prospective clients
Social Media Management
- Managing the company's social media pages (posting schedule, captions, engagement)
- Pulling finished photo/video content from Dropbox and turning it into regular posts
- Keeping a consistent content calendar and brand presence across 2 platforms
Owner Calendar & Personal Support
- Managing the owner's business calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings
- Providing personal scheduling/admin support as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Business Development role, ideally remote
- Strong written and verbal communication, you'll represent the owner and the brand directly to clients
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and business development, not just inbound admin
- Experience managing social media pages (posting, scheduling, basic content curation)
- Highly organized, discreet, and trustworthy, you'll have visibility into both the business and the owner's schedule
- Experience with Dropbox/Google Drive and general booking/CRM tools
- Proactive self-starter who can run with SOPs without needing hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, photography/video production, or a creative services business
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Experience with invoicing/accounting software
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
