Meze Foods is a fast-growing food manufacturing company specializing in premium cheeses, bakery products, dips, and Mediterranean food products. Our production environment is driven by high standards of quality, food safety, and continuous improvement.

Are you passionate about cheese, innovation, and creating delicious products that delight customers? Meze Foods is looking for a creative and technically skilled New Product Developer to lead the development and improvement of our cheese range, ensuring quality, consistency, and profitability while keeping ahead of market trends.

In this role, you will:

Lead the formulation and testing of new cheese and bread products, ensuring they meet regulatory, quality, and technical standards.
Oversee production trials to test feasibility, profitability, and consistency.
Collaborate with suppliers to source and test new ingredients.
Design and refine production processes for repeatability and excellence.
Conduct sensory and technical evaluations to ensure products meet the highest standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
Stay ahead of the curve with market research to develop exciting new cheese concepts.
Maintain detailed records, reports, and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO22000, and FSCC22000 standards.

What we’re looking for:

A Degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, or equivalent.
2–3 years’ experience in FMCG product development (cheese/bread experience a bonus!).
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000, and food safety standards.
A creative, problem-solving mindset with strong technical and analytical skills.
