About Us

Cavis is a fast-growing UK legal marketing business that helps people access legal services through engaging digital content and performance marketing.

We're transforming how legal claims are marketed by combining creative storytelling with the latest AI technology. Every day we produce social-first content designed to educate, engage and generate enquiries across platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Meta Ads.

We're looking for a talented AI Video Editor & Content Creator who is passionate about creating high-performing social media content using both traditional editing techniques and the latest AI tools.

The Role

You'll be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content that stops people scrolling.

Working alongside our marketing team, you'll edit videos, produce AI UGC-style content, create paid social adverts and continuously experiment with new AI tools to improve speed, creativity and performance.

This is a creative role where you'll have the freedom to test ideas and help shape how we use AI across our content production.

What You'll Be Doing

Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
Create AI UGC-style videos that feel authentic and engaging.
Produce video creatives for Meta, TikTok and other paid advertising platforms.
Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, music and visual effects.
Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
Use AI tools to improve production speed and creative quality.
Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form videos.
Stay on top of social media trends and recommend new creative ideas.
Continuously explore new AI tools and workflows.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who has:

At least 2 years' experience editing social media video content.
Excellent editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software.
Experience creating AI-generated or AI-assisted video content.
Experience using AI tools such as Runway, Veo, HeyGen, Synthesia, Kling, Creatify, Arcads or similar.
A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook video trends.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and spoken English.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Bonus Skills

Adobe After Effects.
Motion graphics and animation.
Experience creating direct-response advertising.
Experience working with performance marketing teams.
Familiarity with Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs or other AI creative tools.
Experience editing content for regulated industries such as legal, financial or healthcare.
