Help build the foundation for learning and development while making a meaningful impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and maintain training material, learning resources, and development programmes.
Coordinate and administer training, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
Maintain learning records, training reports, and Organisational Development documentation.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture-building activities.
Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and learning interventions.
Provide administrative support to the Organisational Development function.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning content, systems, and development processes.

Skills and Requirements:

Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop professional documentation and engaging learning material.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across departments.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12).
A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR, Learning and Development, or Organisational Development support role.
Experience developing training material or coordinating learning initiatives will be advantageous.
Strong administrative, reporting, and document management skills.
A valid driver's licence.
