Full Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager (8-12 Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8-12 years of proven success in delivering customer-facing large scale (Enterprise) IT projects. This role demands strong ownership of client engagements, with a sharp focus on building lasting relationships and proactively managing risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; drive contingency planning and timely issue resolution.
Manage stakeholder communication across clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams with clarity and transparency.
Ensure consistent reporting through status updates, risk logs, and performance metrics.
Drive scope management and change control while safeguarding delivery commitments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery aligned with customer expectations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

8–12 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on customer-facing projects.
Demonstrated expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and client communication.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels, both internally and with customers.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks early, and strong relationship-building skills to influence outcomes and drive project success.
