Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and financial advisors within your region.
Grow new business through existing industry networks and personal broker relationships.
Identify, engage, and convert new broker partnerships.
Provide product support, training, and guidance to brokers and advisors.
Drive sales growth and achieve agreed business targets.
Conduct regular broker visits and business development activities.
Maintain a high level of market and competitor awareness.
Ensure excellent service delivery and ongoing broker engagement.
Work closely with internal teams to support broker and client requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Broker Consultant within the life insurance industry.
Proven experience working with broker and advisor networks.
Established relationships with brokers and financial advisors that can be leveraged to generate new business.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and convert opportunities into sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
