Our client, within Bloemfontein, is seeking a Laboratory Administrator to join their dynamic team!

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with product and service quality standards, food safety and standard operating procedures.
Oversee and perform tests of animal feed samples for nutritional content, contaminants, and conformance.
Maintain accurate records of all tests and results.
Perform internal audits and facilitate external inspections for lab accreditation.
Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards.
Train and supervise laboratory technicians.
Investigate non-conformances and determine corrective preventative actions.
Monitor and investigate critical control points (CCP's) and Operational Pre-requisite Programs (ORP's) to ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage laboratory operations, staff scheduling, and workflow efficiency.
