The ATKV is a dynamic and fast-growing Afrikaans cultural organisation and has a vacancy for a qualifying supervisor in the technical department at their holiday resort, ATKV Natalia.

Requirements
· A grade 12 certificate with three years' applicable experience.
· One or more technical qualifications.
· A valid driving licence.
· Must be able to speak, read and write Afrikaans and English.
· Experience with energy conservation, risk management and the repair of electrical problems.
· Experience with maintenance systems and scheduling.
· Must be computer literate.
· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Must be able to work in a team and be able to maintain good relationships with people.
· Must be able to function under pressure.
Main responsibilities
· General technical maintenance and repair work.
· Supervising the technical team.
· Purchasing and stock control for the technical department.
· Help with the setup and management of the maintenance plan.
· Management of maintenance and upgrading projects.
· Help with the management of the occupational health and safety plan.
· Representation on the resort's emergency teams.
· Management of the vehicle fleet's maintenance.
· Service manager duties.
