Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Inbound Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will engage with customers who have already expressed interest in our products or services, helping them understand our offerings and guiding them through the sales process.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales. Full product training will be provided, and your earning potential is based on your performance through a competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
Convert enquiries into successful sales.
Follow up with customers who require additional information before making a purchase.
Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Learn and maintain knowledge of the company's products and services.
Work closely with the Sales Team Leader to improve sales performance.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric), however it is not a requirement as training is provided for.
Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet).
Strong willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Target-driven and eager to earn commission.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Advantageous

6–12 months' experience in retail, customer service, telesales, call centre, or hospitality.
Experience using a CRM system.
Sales or customer service training.

Remuneration

This is a commission-only role, with unlimited earning potential. The more sales you make, the more you earn. Full details of the commission structure will be shared during the interview process.
