This role is ideal for someone with hands-on printer, heat press, crafting or sublimation experience with a passion for coaching people who have just bought equipment and have no idea what they can do with it. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct training sessions on the use of the various printing, vinyl cutting and heat pressing machines we sell.
Support, mentor, and upskill customers who have purchased these machines.
Keep training records and customer feedback notes.
Monitor customer response to training and help them telephonically or by digital channels with any issues after the training.
Identify areas of improvement in the training we give.
Provide weekly updates on training done and customer feedback.
Work within a team of trainers

REQUIREMENTS:

Computer literacy essential
Experience with graphics software advantageous
Crafting experience advantageous
Must be fully bilingual while being fluent in English.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Be prepared to go the extra mile
Must have own mobile phone
Must enjoy teaching people and be a people person

Pay: R6 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
