Providing high-level administrative, organisational, and operational support for a CEO’s professional and, where required, personal affairs. Among the primary responsibilities of this position are managing schedules and appointments, coordinating communications, handling administrative tasks, organising travel and logistics, prioritising workflows, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO’s activities.
Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Serve as the primary point of contact on behalf of the CEO, coordinating communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely follow-through
Provide comprehensive personal support to the CEO, managing errands and individual tasks with a high level of efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Relevant diploma or certification in administration (advantageous)
Experience in diary management and travel coordination
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Energetic and highly organised person
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong attention to detail
