This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our footprint across Gauteng.

What You'll Do

Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and face-to-face client visits.
Build and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, resellers, schools, sports clubs and other B2B customers.
Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, from prospecting and quoting through to closing deals and growing repeat business.
Identify new market opportunities and continuously expand your customer base.
Represent Curve Gear professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events and occasional weekend activations.
Work closely with the sales support and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure your CRM, quotations and sales administration are accurate, organised, and always up to date.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 years' proven external sales experience with a successful track record in new business development.
Experience in workwear, PPE, corporate clothing, apparel, or a related industry will be highly advantageous.
A valid South African driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle are essential.
A genuine hunter mentality - you enjoy prospecting, opening new doors, and turning opportunities into long-term customers.
Someone who takes pride in their work and represents the company professionally at all times.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability - you don't make excuses; you deliver results.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined and driven to exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to the team.
Willing to travel extensively throughout Gauteng and surrounding areas.
Available to assist at trade shows, exhibitions and occasional weekend events.
