About the Role and Team
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Treasury professional to manage our day-to-day liquidity and banking operations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our cash positions, managing FX requirements, and maintaining the banking relationships that power our global network. You will be responsible for the daily cash management, acting as a key link between internal teams (FX, Funding, and Treasury Operations) and external partners (banks, correspondent partners, and liquidity providers).
What you bring to the table (Qualifications and Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/ACCA/ Any professional qualification is an advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in a treasury back-office or cash management role.
- Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, in addition to experience with banking portals.
- A solid understanding in FX trade settlement cycle, daily cash movements and domestic/international payment processes and regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with treasury management systems (“TMS”); experience with Kyriba is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- An analytical and strategic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Primary Areas Focus
Your core mission is to ensure the seamless execution and monitoring of global financial movements.
- Cash Monitoring: Track daily cash positions across a global network of banks and safeguarding accounts across all Zepz entities.
- Cash Forecasting: Assist in developing and refining short-to-medium-term cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal funding.
- Payments & Settlements: Oversee daily funding transfers and settlements via Kyriba and various bank portals in compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- FX Operations: Identify currency requirements and collaborate with Funding and the FX desk internally to execute trades and minimize risk.
- Reporting: Produce daily and monthly treasury reports on cash balances, bank fees, and interest for senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve TMS (Kyriba) efficiency.
AI Literacy & Tools

- A genuine curiosity about AI and how it can be applied in your area of work — from accelerating analysis and insight generation, to improving how we design and deliver processes and communications.
- Practical experience using AI tools in a professional context — whether to connect information, draft content, build frameworks, or create insights from data. We want people who actively use AI to increase productivity, not those who are waiting to be told to.
- Strong AI literacy — an understanding of what AI assistants can and cannot do, how to prompt effectively, and how to critically evaluate AI-generated output before using it.
- Awareness of the ethical considerations and responsible use of AI in the workplace, particularly in the context of sensitive data, customer experience, and compliance.
- Prior experience using Claude (Anthropic) is a nice-to-have but not essential — what matters most is that you are genuinely engaged with AI as a tool, comfortable experimenting, and eager to share what works with your wider team
