We're looking for one ambitious closer to own North American sales for two of the fastest-growing AI SaaS products in the home-services vertical: BuilderBot Pro and OutdoorDesigns.ai.
This isn't a "ramp for 6 months and we'll see" role. It's a clear-path, uncapped earner role designed for someone who can pick up a phone, run a demo, handle objections, and close — week one.
The opportunity
We sell two AI products to the same 200,000+ TAM of US outdoor contractors (pool builders, hardscapers, landscapers, bath & kitchen remodelers):
- BuilderBot Pro — AI marketing system that replaces a $5K/mo agency
- OutdoorDesigns.ai — AI-powered backyard rendering that wins design jobs in 60 seconds vs 2 weeks
We don't need to convince anyone AI is the future. Our customers are already losing leads to competitors using AI. Your job is to show them the bleed and stop it.
Average deal value: $1,500–$6,000 closed in the first call.
What you'll earn
- Steady (5 closes/week) → ~$80K OTE
- Strong (7–8 closes/week) → $100–120K OTE
- Top performer (10+ closes/week) → $150K+ OTE
- Uncapped commission. No territory cap, no MRR cap, no quota games.
- Paid on annual upgrades, implementation revenue, and retained MRR — not just first-month booking.
- Top reps earn more on commission than base by month two.
The full comp plan is shared during the first interview. We're not coy about it — we just don't lead with structure because OTE is what actually matters.
Who we want
You will love this role if you:
- Must have closed $2M+ in sales online — we want proof, not promises. Bring the screenshots, dashboards, or commission statements.
- Have 2+ years closing SaaS, agency services, or local-services products (Vendasta, Birdeye, Podium, GoHighLevel, LeadConnector resellers — we want to talk to you)
- Can run a 20-minute demo and ask for the close on call #1
- Are comfortable with inbound + outbound mix (we generate leads, you also self-source)
- Don't need micromanaging — you'll get the tools, the playbooks, the territory, and the leadership; you bring the closing
- Are hungry. Six-figure earners apply. Comfort-zoners do not.
Bonus if you have:
- Direct experience selling into pool builders, landscapers, remodelers, or any home-services SMB
- Existing book of contractor relationships (we pay extra for warm intros)
- GHL / GoHighLevel familiarity
What you'll do day-to-day
- Take inbound demo requests (we drive lead flow with paid ads + organic)
- Run 25–40 demos/week via Zoom
- Close, onboard, and hand off to our Implementation team
- Follow up on the 90-day pipeline (warm leads that didn't close on call 1)
- Self-source 10–20% via your own outreach (LinkedIn, cold call, networking events)
You're not a BDR setting meetings for someone else. You're the closer. The buck stops with you.

- Both products are live with hundreds of paying customers
- Tight team — no committees, no politics — you'll be the second sales hire, reporting directly to the founder
- We invest in our reps: paid call coaching, Gong/Salesloft-grade tech stack, conference budget after 90 days
The 30/60/90
- Day 30 — Closed your first 5–10 deals. Mastered both demos. Onboarded into our CRM.
- Day 60 — Hitting weekly close targets. Quoted-cited in customer testimonials. Bringing competitive intel back to the founder.
- Day 90 — Top performer. Mentoring next sales hire. Conversation about lead role + comp uplift.
