About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced Vinyl Applicator with proven expertise in full vehicle wraps to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional full vehicle wraps (cars, trucks, vans, and fleet vehicles) using premium vinyl materials.
- Handle partial wraps, color changes, graphics, decals, and accent installations with precision.
- Surface preparation, panel removal/reinstallation, and meticulous post-installation finishing.
- Work with various vinyl types including cast, calendared, and specialty films (chrome, matte, gloss, metallic, etc.).
- Inspect vehicles for defects and ensure every job meets the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design and sales team to execute customer visions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a vinyl applicator, with a strong portfolio focused on full vehicle wraps.
- Demonstrated ability to wrap complex curves, edges, and body panels without bubbles, wrinkles, or lifting.
- Expert-level skills with tools such as heat guns, squeegees, knives, and plotters.
- Strong attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to every installation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with paint protection film (PPF) or ceramic coatings.
- Fleet vehicle wrapping experience.
- Basic graphic design or plotter operation skills.
