We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a passionate design professional with strong experience in packaging design, branding, and visual communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative creative solutions, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality design work across both print and digital platforms.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the growth and development of the company’s brands through exceptional design and creativity.
Experience
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ professional graphic design experience.
- Proven experience in both print and digital design environments.
- Experience working with corporate branding and marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging design, and creative campaign work.
Skills
- Strong creative and conceptual design abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Strong packaging design and brand management experience.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital design requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Packaging Design
- Ensure packaging specifications are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain consistency of layouts across all product variations.
- Develop innovative packaging concepts and design solutions.
- Manage packaging roll-out plans and supporting visual elements.
Creative Design and Brand Management
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing, advertising, digital, and print campaigns.
- Design and produce high-quality artwork for websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, signage, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all communication channels.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the company’s strategic objectives and brand identity.
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and oversee the printing and production process where required.
- Monitor project timelines and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior designers and team members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to develop effective communication materials.
Quality Assurance
- Review and approve design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Conduct final quality checks before publication or production.
- Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and intellectual property requirements.

Pay: R10,00 - R15 000,00 per month
