We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Pastry Chef Assistant to join the team. This individual will be working side by side with our Head Pastry Chef.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Pastry Chef in the meticulous preparation and production of HAUTE Boutique Patisserie's high-end offerings, including our signature Choux Pastry, tarts, Entremets, Flan, and Dragee.
- Accurately measure and combine premium ingredients, adhering strictly to our exacting recipes and standards.
- Maintain an impeccably clean and organized work environment, upholding the highest levels of food safety and hygiene.
- Operate and maintain professional kitchen equipment with precision and care.
- Assist with the careful management of our high-quality inventory and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Prepare and plate desserts to our elevated presentation standards, ensuring every creation is a visual masterpiece.

- Perform other duties as required to support the operational model.
- Should you have experience with Sablée, Petit Gateaux, Entremets, Flan, Eclairs, Choux Pastry, Mirror Glazing - beneficial.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment & handle pressure well
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pastry Assistant or demonstrable passion for high-end pastry (relevant culinary education, apprenticeships, or internships within a fine-dining environment are highly advantageous, although not mandatory).
- A foundational understanding of classic pastry techniques, premium ingredients, and professional equipment.
- Proven ability to follow intricate recipes with precision and consistency.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
