Full Job Description

At JG Electronics , we are looking for an energetic and driven individual to join our Training team and play a key role in shaping the future of our company. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on printer, heat press, crafting or sublimation experience with a passion for coaching people who have just bought equipment and have no idea what they can do with it. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working closely with people and are ready to make a lasting impact with us, this opportunity is for you.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct training sessions on the use of the various printing, vinyl cutting and heat pressing machines we sell.
Support, mentor, and upskill customers who have purchased these machines.
Keep training records and customer feedback notes.
Monitor customer response to training and help them telephonically or by digital channels with any issues after the training.
Identify areas of improvement in the training we give.
Provide weekly updates on training done and customer feedback.
Work within a team of trainers

REQUIREMENTS:

Computer literacy essential
Experience with graphics software advantageous
Crafting experience advantageous
Must be fully bilingual while being fluent in English.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Be prepared to go the extra mile
Must have own mobile phone
Must enjoy teaching people and be a people person

Pay: R6 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month

How many years of experience do you have working with printing, crafting, signage, or personalization equipment?

A customer has just purchased a sublimation printer but has never used one before. How would you approach their first training session?
Which graphics software have you used?
Have you ever designed artwork for printing purposes?
What is the purpose of a heat press in the sublimation process?
How would you handle a customer who becomes frustrated because they cannot achieve the results they expected from their machine?
Which languages can you speak fluently?
Are you willing to work occasional Saturdays when training schedules require it?
Imagine a customer spends R50,000 on equipment from JG Electronics. After training, they still don't understand how to use it and become upset. What would you do to ensure they become a successful customer?
