Role Purpose

To support the Head of Business Partnerships & Operations by translating strategic priorities into structured execution, coordinating delivery across workstreams, strengthening operational discipline and ensuring that key business priorities move from planning into implementation. The role creates additional execution capacity across strategic initiatives, BAU operational management, CRM, reporting, data, business analysis, digital capability, stakeholder coordination and process improvement.

This is a mid-level strategic delivery and operations role. The role should be positioned as commercially aware, structured and proactive, operating between strategy and execution while supporting Curate to scale more sustainably.

Requirements

Approximately 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, business operations, business analysis, strategic delivery, consulting, transformation or similar execution-focused roles.
Experience working across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
Experience supporting senior leaders with strategy execution, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Experience managing delivery plans, issue logs, business requirements, process improvements and delivery roadmaps.
Exposure to CRM systems, data/reporting, dashboards, digital platforms or client-facing technology would be advantageous.
Financial services, asset management, investments, platforms, digital channels, fintech, wealth management or related industry experience would be advantageous.
Experience using AI tools, automation tools or workflow optimisation approaches would be a strong advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Role Outputs:

Translate strategic priorities into delivery plans, roadmaps, action logs, milestones and workstream plans.
Support the execution of key priorities including D2C capability development, CRM enhancement, data and reporting improvements, operational process enhancements and strategic partnerships.
Maintain momentum across initiatives by clarifying deliverables, owners, timelines, dependencies, risks and next steps.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Data, Marketing, Distribution and external partners.
Prepare agendas, document decisions, track actions, follow up on progress and support governance forums through structured progress updates and decision materials.
Maintain operational trackers, issue logs, requirements documentation, process maps, implementation briefs and delivery roadmaps.
Support CRM roadmap activity, backlog refinement, enhancement prioritisation, adoption tracking, user feedback, training material updates and process documentation.
Identify repetitive manual workflows that could be improved through AI, automation, better process design or more structured ways of working.

Client:

Improve the delivery experience for internal and external stakeholders by bringing clarity, structure and follow-through to strategic and operational priorities.
Support partner onboarding, ongoing coordination and post-launch operational reporting by keeping partner-related actions, dependencies, risks, documentation and approvals visible and progressing.
Work with data and reporting teams to improve dashboards, operational MI and decision-oriented insights that support better stakeholder decisions.
Help ensure CRM value, usage, adoption and ROI are tracked where relevant, and that user feedback is translated into practical improvements.

People:

Build trust with stakeholders through clear communication, structured follow-up and reliable coordination across multiple business areas.
Coordinate stakeholders without direct authority by clarifying expectations, actions, ownership, timelines and dependencies.
Support senior leadership by reducing operational drag and creating more structured, repeatable and automated ways of working.
Escalate bottlenecks and delivery risks with clear context, practical options and recommendations.
Bring curiosity, learning agility and a test-and-learn mindset to technology, data, AI and automation opportunities.

Finance:

Support prioritisation of initiatives based on strategic importance, business impact, capacity and dependency sequencing.
Support business case preparation through data gathering, assumptions tracking and option comparison.
Contribute to operational submissions, motivations, issue analysis and process improvement activity where financial or commercial decision-making is required.
Identify process, reporting and workflow improvements that reduce operational drag and improve the efficiency of delivery.
Provide clear, action-oriented decision packs, progress reports and governance updates to support informed commercial decisions.
