Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, confident, and multi-skilled individual to join our team as a Therapist Trainee / Receptionist.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the aesthetics industry while gaining hands-on experience in both front desk operations and treatment support.

Key Responsibilities

Reception / Admin Duties:

Welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service
Managing bookings, calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
Handling payments (EFT & card)
Maintaining a clean and professional reception area
Assisting with daily administrative and clinic operations

Therapist Support (Training Provided):

Assisting with and eventually performing treatments such as:
Facials
Microneedling
Manicures & Pedicures
Basic body treatments
Ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and maintained

Requirements

Qualification or background in beauty/aesthetic therapy (advantage)
Excellent computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
Strong command of English (verbal and written)
Confident, well-spoken, and professional
Friendly personality with strong client service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in reception/admin is an advantage
No shy personalities – must be confident and proactive
