To Train Supervisory Skills Programmes MERSETA Accredited Requirements
Have previous facilitation experience on Supervisory Roles within a business. Proven experience in facilitating Supervisory Skills Programmes in a business or corporate environment. Strong understanding of supervisory best practices, leadership, performance management, communication, conflict resolution, and team development.
In-depth knowledge of SAQA requirements for skills programmes, including unit standards, learning outcomes, assessment criteria, and moderation processes.
Experience in facilitating MERSETA-accredited skills programmes will be advantageous.
Competent in designing and developing learner-centred learning material and activities aligned to outcomes-based education principles.
Experience in conducting formative assessments and preparing assessment evidence in line with SETA requirements. Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, and group dynamics skills. Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and results-driven learning experience. Excellent administrative and documentation skills, including attendance registers, assessment records, and reports.
