Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should possess a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent National Certificate. Basic computer literacy is essential to perform necessary job functions efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Maintain shelf stock levels by replenishing fresh, quality products and ensuring proper stock rotation and waste reduction.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards during all food handling and merchandising activities.
Identify and report quality concerns, stock sell-outs, and suspicious activities to management.
Ensure shelves are organized neatly in accordance with planograms, shelf edge labels, and the Gap policy.
Support shrinkage minimization efforts by following stock management protocols and reporting acts of dishonesty.
Demonstrate product knowledge by advising customers on product features, benefits, and available alternatives.
Work cooperatively within the team and maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor under pressure.
Attend team meetings and participate actively to understand daily priorities and targets.
