Entry-Level Sales Customer Service Representative

Location:Potchefstroom, North West

Overview

Top Elevators Marketing is looking for motivated, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently completed Matric or are looking for their first full-time opportunity in a professional setting.

No previous experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and are eager to grow, this role offers a strong starting point for a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in a professional and customer-focused manner
Assist customers with product and service information
Build strong relationships through excellent customer service
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Work toward individual and team targets
Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills through practical experience
Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Requirements

Required

Matric / Grade 12
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Able to work well in a team
Based in Potchefstroom or able to travel to the area

Nice to Have

Previous exposure to customer service, retail, or sales
Confidence when interacting with customers face-to-face
Interest in building a career in sales, customer service, or leadership
