CONTRACT POSITION AVAILABLE TRACE AGENT (COMMISSION ONLY)
Trace Manage Solutions (Pty) Ltd is currently seeking motivated, professional, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Trace Agents on a contract (project-based) basis.
Location: Brakpan
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Position Type: Independent Contractor (Commission Only)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct tracing of debtors using internal systems and databases
- Obtain and verify accurate contact information
- Ensure quality and compliance with company standards
- Achieve monthly performance targets
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
- Performance-based commission only
- Paid on client-confirmed successful traces (RPCs)
- High earning potential for top performers
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills
- English or Afrikaans speaking required
- Additional languages will be advantageous
- Ability to meet targets and work independently
- Basic computer literacy
