MINIMUM CRITERIA

Grade 12
Previous experience advantageous
Computer Literate
Strong administration skills
Must have valid Driver’s License and own Vehicle
Must be willing to work shifts and alternate weekends

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES

Daily reception duties (i.e., switchboard, taking messages, filing, setting up meetings or tours, etc.).
Receiving residents, prospective purchasers, suppliers and visitors.
Providing admin services to residents/staff (i.e., copies, e-mails, etc.).
Keeping all lists updated (i.e., telephone, speed dial, emergency no.’s, landscaping allocation, pets, access registers, attendance registers, etc.).
Cash-ups / Banking.
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook & Internet Explorer.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
Coordinate General workers.
Assist Village Manager with timesheets for staff.
Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.
Assist Security and Contractors.
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
Take and relay messages.
Update appointment calendars for Agents, and arrange keys and viewings for agents.
