Key Responsibilities

Perform planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
Ensure equipment availability and reliability to support production targets.
Complete maintenance reports and job cards accurately.
Conduct inspections and identify potential equipment failures.
Adhere to company safety standards, procedures, and legal requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance planning.

Competencies

Minimum Requirements

Qualified Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic.
Trackless Mobile Machinery experience is essential.
Minimum of 5 years' post-trade experience in a mining environment.
Experience maintaining and repairing trackless mining equipment.
Valid driver's licence.
Knowledge of mine health and safety regulations.
Ability to diagnose faults and perform preventative and breakdown maintenance.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Medically fit to work in a mining environment.
English is the official TGME language, and the candidate must be proficient in speaking and writing it.
