Your Mission:
- Solution Architecture & Ownership; Design and evolve integrated mining solutions, setting architecture standards and ensuring alignment with operational needs.
- Configuration & Governance; Standardise and oversee system configurations to ensure consistency, quality, and controlled change management.
- Integration & Data Design; Design and govern system integrations and data flows, ensuring reliable and accurate data across platforms.
- Reporting & Analytic; Define reporting needs, support analytics solutions, and ensure proper governance of reporting outputs.
- Technical Leadership; Guide delivery teams, resolve complex issues, and drive standardisation while balancing short- and long-term priorities.
- Client & Delivery Alignment; Translate client needs into structured solutions and support teams to deliver on time and with business value.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mining, Industrial, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in mining technology, digital mining solutions, or systems-driven operational environments.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis, including experience working with spatial data and WKB formats.
- Experience developing insightful dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, data integration principles, and enterprise solution design.
- Knowledge of mining design concepts and processes will be considered a distinct advantage.
